My mobile keycard stopped working, what should I do?

We recommend you follow the following steps for troubleshooting:

Step 1: Ensure Bluetooth is On. Go to “Settings” > “Bluetooth” > slide the circle to the right so it turns green.

Step 2: Toggle Bluetooth. Go to “Settings” > “Bluetooth”, slide “OFF” > slide “ON” 

Step 3: Toggle Wi-Fi. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, slide “OFF,” > slide “ON.” 

Step 4: Restart the WeWork app. Double-click the Home button (or swipe up if on X)  > look for the WeWork app > swipe up to terminate the app > launch the app again. 

Step 5: Send Feedback. Open “WeWork” app > Click “Account” in the bottom menu > Click “Manage KeyCard” > Click “Having an Issue?” WeWork Security Team will get back to you!
