How do I replace a lost keycard?

If you misplace or loses your keycard, please submit a support ticket and we’ll process the request for a new one. For security reasons, members should submit the support request as soon as possible so that WeWork can deactivate the old card.

Each replacement keycard comes with a fee that will be charged to your account. Please refer to the specific charges here. If you find your old keycard and return it, we’ll reverse the replacement charge on your account.
