How do conference room reservations work and when are companies charged?

Members can book conference rooms via the WeWork mobile application or Member Network website. Conference room reservation credits are allotted in the month that you use them in. For example, if you make a reservation on 1st November  for a conference room you will be using on 10th December, then this will come out of your December allocation of credits.

Please note: if a member goes over their allotted amount of credits, they will be charged $25/credit (or the regional currency equivalent) for additional credit.
