Members can book conference room via the WeWork mobile application or Member Network. Conference room reservation credits are counted in the month of the reservation. For example, if you make a reservation on November 1 and you will be using the conference room on December 10, you will be charged 2 credits. You won’t see any adjustment to your credits until December 1.
Please note: if a member goes over their allotted amount of credits, they will be charged $25 for additional credit and it will automatically applied to their next month's invoice.
