Members can submit support tickets to WeWork by pressing “Support” on the WeWork mobile app or “Contact Support” on the Member Network (https://members.wework.com/). WeWork uses a cloud-based customer service and ticketing platform to manage large volumes of member requests quickly and efficiently with complete trackability and accountability. Submitting a ticket is the easiest way to get support and ensure issues are addressed quickly.
After WeWork responds to the support request, members are asked to rate their experience as good or bad. We strongly encourage all members to rate tickets as it will help us constantly improve our service to members.
