I'm locked out of my building/office after hours. What should I do?

If you have a dedicated desk or physical office in a building, your keycard should allow you to access that building 24/7.

If you do not have a dedicated desk or physical office, you can access the building during the hours listed in the Building Guide.

If you are unable to get into your building or office outside of business hours, contact your community team via email ([BUILDING_NAME]@wework.com). Your Community Team will do their best to respond to you in a timely manner. You can confirm your building’s email address in the following places:

From a computer web browser:

  1. Log in to the Member Network
  2. Click “Building Services” in the left menu
  3. Click “Building Guide”
  4. You’ll see the contact information on the right side of the screen under “Handy Information.”

From the iOS mobile app:

  1. Log in to the WeWork app
  2. Tap the “My Location” tab
  3. Tap “Building Guide”
  4. Tap “Handy Information”

From the Android mobile app:

  1. Log in to the WeWork app
  2. Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
  3. Tap “Building Guide”
