How do I order a phone or phone line?

Members with Dedicated Desks and Private Offices can take advantage of our partnership offerings to order phones and phone lines.

To order a phone, the primary member of your company will need to:

  1. Log into the Services Store at or navigate to the Services Store under “Services” in the left-hand menu of the Member Network
  2. Click on the Office Needs tile or go directly to
  3. Choose an option under the “Telecom” section
  4. Following the instructions to place your order

If you have your own phone and hardware, our Member Technology team can help you in setting up your phone line. Please submit a support request for this service. In these cases, you will be responsible for working with your own telephone service provider for any technical support needs.
