To order a phone, the primary member of your company will need to:
- Log into the Services Store at store.wework.com or navigate to the Services Store under “Services” in the left-hand menu of the Member Network
- Click on the Office Needs tile or go directly to https://store.wework.com/office-needs
- Choose an option under the “Telecom” section
- Following the instructions to place your order
If you have your own phone and hardware, our Member Technology team can help you in setting up your phone line. Please submit a support request for this service. In these cases, you will be responsible for working with your own telephone service provider for any technical support needs.
